How is media language used on the covers to make the reader either mistrust or trust the Conservative party?

The media language that was used on 'the sun' cover make the reader mistrust the conservative party as it uses inappropriate language. it shows that David Cameron and the conservatives seem lazy, and as if they don't want to help the country. Making the readers think that they are not trust worthy as it makes them sound like they don't give a damn about it.

The media language that was used on 'daily express's' makes the reader feel trust the conservative party, because it uses appropriate language and saying vote for may or we face disaster, implying she can save us for a disaster (which she can't) as she later steps down as prim minister.
